How to change email address?

I'm having a problem changing my email address. I had to abandon the one used here because of to much spam. because I went about it all the wrong way I ended up lurking for a while but now I have gained access and want to update my email but can't see where to do it. can anyone help?

Thank you, I did it. for some reason, I wasn't getting the user control panne up yesterday. OK now thanks.
