From what I've heard, the answer is "yes," assuming you can trance out.
There's also the matter of there only being an "on" trigger with no way to turn it off.

The name of the file is "JJGreatBigBoobies" like in the title, by Jessica_James.
It's somewhat old and has two remixes that do something different than the original, so get the one from the original author. Jessica_James does use some heavy voice distortion, though, so not everyone likes it.
