I tested Bull Power on half a dozen subjects before releasing the file. Everyone stopped mastubating and started weightlifting, and 4/6 subjects are still listening and getting results. (1 dropped out early, the other quit hypno entirely for unrelated reasons.) See

Me personally, since I wrote it I've gained 7lbs of muscles, gone from a 180 leg press to a 400, gone from benching 80lbs to benching what I used to leg press! Dedication is also an effect: I work out 2hours/day 5-6 days/wk. I rank it as the second most powerful thing I ever made (full series Masculine Conditioning is still top dog for that)
FYI: for best results loop the spiral on a screen all the way through the brainwash loop at least once a week.
