Hi guys. So I have this one free day and you know what I never actually tried jocking up for the whole day.

TTJ1 bro all though I'm out of it right now because I masturbated I still want to. The desire to listen's still there, and now it' sfor a non sexual reason. Which somewhat makes it stronger I guess because it's more inside you now

Which files would you recommend to get a little more motivation to go to the gym ?
I want to be a little more muscular, defined, more self esteem. Alpha male ...
