It has been considered but at this time there are enough technological hurdles that it's not worth the effort unless you know of a simple bitcoin gateway with an api that I can use easily.

Oh, sure, actually answer my question :) Ok, the API seems reasonable, question #2 is(show of hands here) who would like to pay with bitcoin? Not sure of the demand on this but I do like the idea of accepting a truly anonymous currency.

Pseudonymous.

Bitcoin's transaction register is publicly auditable so it's not truly anonymous.
