Are There Any Good Hairloss Files (good for males)

I have looked for a few and listened to them, but they all yield no results or they have terrible wording. Like some of them use the bad phrase "all of your hair falls out" or something similar, and I'd very much like to keep the hair on my head. Since my body's already getting rid of hair from my head, I can't help but think even a hint of "losing all of your hair" would help me out much.
