Hey Joe,
I've made some moderate strength gains, unfortunately I still have a decent layer of flab on. I'm primarily attributing this to the fact that, after student loan bills, I have literally less than no money right now so I'm living off my parents who don't really get the whole "buy healthy foods" thing.
Anyway, I suspect that once I get in a position to move out, I'll be dropping a considerable amount of weight.
