Yeah, I never understood the "21" thing. Like, hypnosis AFAIK is not alcoholic and nobody has ever been banned for being 19 years old. Is there something else about the age that would make more sense?

my understanding of why they have the two ages listed on adult sites is that some states like florida have a minimum age of 21 instead of 18 to view adult content.
