Any Idea What Happened to MzDominica?

She has a number of files here on WMM and has been a long-term presence in the hypnofetish community, but now her site www.mzdominica.com simply says that her production company is no longer in business.

I'm guessing it may be the same payment processor problem that hit Mistress Joanne and forced Isabella Valentine to fall back to niteflirt payment processing for a while, but I really have no idea.
