My first question is about the curse files: Only a few of the file descriptions say that you have to pay to have them lifted. Do you have to pay to have the curses lifted that don't say so?

The second can't really be placed under a specific topic: On some files (usually curses) it says you must pass the curse on to other people. How would you go about doing this?

Finally: How exactly do lucid dreams "work"?
