Help with a subject

Hey all, ive been working with a friend of mine for about 2 weeks. she goes under very easily but she says its really hard to 'turn off her brain' and just open up i was wondering if you guys had any suggestions?

if that idea for an indunction , walking along side a streem and all (not the sitting down and stoping though) , can't instantly (well ok not even close to instantly) put me in an actual deep trance then nothing will , i think that might be just what i need.........
