Ok. Just finished listening. I felt the tingles and even heard one or two of my joints cracking !
I really have to fight the envy to measure myself rn because I feel like I shrank already !
I also decided during the listening to set my height down to 150cms. That's 4'11", a foot shorter than my starting height!
I'd love to be a tiny girl !

Can you point me in the direction of the subliminals you listened to? I really want to get back into this but my current schedule isn't really good for the uninterrupted time I need for the track, so something in the interim to get me started might help.

Thanks. Yeah, I'm sure listening to this regularly would be more effective, but as of right now I'm either too busy to actively listen to a non-subliminal, or I'm lying down in bed tired enough that I just pass out if I try to trance.

Ok guys, i know I was not supposed to post that soon, but... I just measured myself... This morning, i was equal height to my lowest mark on the wall, which means that contrary to everyday, i haven't grown overnight (you grow as you sleep because you stop slouching as you slowly do during the day).
And tonight, when I decided to measure myself again... Well, either I'm doing it really wrong, or I have already lost practically one inch !
I'm DEFINITELY shorter, and will keep listening, either overnight (maybe I'll try to loop it ?), or during the day, but at least once a day !
Starting height : 5'10½" (estimated)
Goal height : 4'11"
Current height : 5'9½" (estimated)

Hi noideaforausername, glad my file is working very well for you.
Your body needs to become smaller, and it's happening right now.
Feel how your body is shrinking away, smaller and smaller, and consider that it might actually feel good.
The better it feels, the more you notice it, the stronger the shrinking gets within and all through your body.
Think about this, feel it happen - and enjoy. Looking forward to more updates

Long time lurker, first time poster on this site. This thread, and the people posting in it, have intrigued me to try out this file seriously and see how it will go. I'm planning on giving it a listen every evening before bed when I'm able, and will give it until the turn of the new year to see if it's affecting me at all. My goal height is ambitious, but I'll be happy with any movement towards it, to be honest. Losing a couple of inches would be nice, but losing enough that it becomes really noticeable would be a dream come true (though I have no idea how to explain it away)!

I'll post again if there's any noticeable change in my height over the next month or, failing that, leave a post saying this file didn't work for me Here's hoping!

Time to revive this old thread.

A couple weeks ago I decided to try shrinking again.
I started with my original file, then dug up older unreleased bits and pieces.
Just about 2 weeks straight of listening twice a day, sometimes for a couple hours at bed and such.
Found myself writing some shrinking and size related affirmations on paper almost every day. Sometimes quite a few per day.

Halfway into the first week I checked my starting height: 5' 8.5"
The tallest I ever was before making the hypnosis file (up to 15 years ago) was 5' 11".
And just now, around the same time of day, I'm maybe 1/4" shorter? WIth my setup it's hard to tell.
People can grow or shrink about 1/2" from morning to evening anyways.

BUT ...
My shoes definitely feel looser as if I've gone down half a size at least. Lots of room to wiggle my toes. Had to tie them tighter earlier today.
The sleeves of my shirts seem looser on my arms, and begin to slide down my wrists towawrds my palms.
On two button down shirts at least, I had to button the sleeve collar to the tighter fit.
Seems like I can almost fasten the collar button on a couple shirts too, comfortably, which I could not before.
My pants legs feel baggier on me too.
My waist doesn't hold up the pants as they used to. Without a belt or suspenders they just drop right down
The lowest part of my pants leg it starting to pool over my shoes.
Without shoes I'm almost stepping on the backs of them.

So perhaps height loss will start soon! I remember some posts of those who listened for a month or more.
I plan to keep on going with this until perhaps the end of may, shrink every day

yeah very curious on your progress. I recently started taking t-blockers and I'm about to take estrogen too in a few weeks. I've heard hrt has a little bit of impact on height through tissue changes/etc. I'm wondering if I start listening to this again a lot at the same time if i can maybe accelerate/magnify the effect some

Within the past 3 months I've tried listening to this (but more recent recordings I made) several times a week at least.
There has been no further significant height or weight loss.
But I feel it, I feel as if the much smaller version of me is right at the edge, at the doorstep of reality, wanting to emerge.
So, yeah, I'm open to suggestions for how to make this work again. Pun intended!

Are hypnotists LESS susceptible to files that they created, and that are recorded in their own voice? If you know, please comment

I'm starting again OxyFemboy's "Shrinking two". I used to lurk here a few years ago (you might have known me as "noideas") but I've never managed to have definitive results from this sub due to my anxiety related to hypnosis preventing me to go deep inside a trance.
But lately I've been experiencing with hypnosis and felt like "oh well, let's do this again". So, here I am again !
As I said I didn't get any definitive results last time, so I'm back at 6'0, the tallest I've been. BUT I'm ready to go down again. My target height is 4'11. I just feel like 150cms is right size for me.
AND I managed to go deep into a trance this time ! Maybe melatonin was for something, but I TRANCED.

So yeah, here we go again !

This morning, after the first listening, I don't feel much different, but the sleeves of my sweater seem a little longer than usual. It's subtle but I don't remember them going down this far. Maybe it's me, but I can't dissociate this from yesterday night's hypnosis session ! Yay me !

Do you have a before and after photo of your height loss at all (even better if it's from the beginning before you started)? I'd love to see a comparison if that's alright

Also, what does your girlfriend think about all this? Does she prefer shorter guys? And how tall is your girlfriend, too?

Great to hear that you're shrinking away!
Height can vary by up to an inch over the course of a day for some, by half an inch for others.
Most are taller in the mornings because as we lay down in bed the fluids in our spine and knees and such have time to expand.
As we walk and sit and stand through the day those fluids compress and we "shrink" just due to gravity by bed time.

Are you any lighter on the scale? Loss of size all over will give some loss of pounds or kg, whichever you use.
No need to state your weight, just whatever amount was lost from before your size started to slip away from all over your body.

In fact if you think about it right now, can you imagine and feel your size slip away from you?
Imagine your mind as a signal beacon that's sending "miniaturize" to every part of your body.
Let all other thoughts and things around you fade away as your whole mind amplifies its connection to your body.
Feel your body respond and your size being washed out of every part of you, in perfect scale, all the healthiest cells being kept, improving your life by reducing your size.
... so, did that do anything?

Okay. Just, what happened today ?

So I'm away for a formation and decided to start listening to the file in addition with "shorter, slimmer, younger".

I was at my formation, minding my own business then somehow the words of the file come back to my mind. "Shorter, and shorter, slimmer and slimmer, younger and younger."

And I DON'T THINK HOW BUT I JUST SAW MYSELF SHRINK like there was this girl I SWEAR in the morning she was a head shorter but at the end of the day SHE WASN'T ANYMORE. She still was shorter but maybe just by 15cm !

Since I don't have a ruler I can't measure myself but it's the first time I experienced the shrinkage this way, by LITERALLY SEEING IT, FEELING your bones contract and your eye level ever slightly lowering !

THOSE FILES WORK AND IT'S ALMOST FRIGHTENING BUT HECK I LOVE IT.

Also first time I actually feel confident to actually use the MP3 files and not just the scripts through a TTS. Actually works much better for the relaxation.

Also small edit : I think I have lost a shoe size again. I was EU41, I'm now probably only a 40.(used to be 43.5 a few years ago). My EU41 dr.Martin's shoes are now too big for me

I see you were 6'0", then down to 5'10.5" and now .. how much closer to your goal of 4'11"?
I know it can be a bit awkward to ask a friend to measure you but that may be the most accurate.

It's been about a decade since that kind of experience happened to me at work.
From my original file "shrinking through hypnosis", yes the recorded sound of my own voice trained my mind to shrink my body "at least once an hour".
Some say that the best effects are from what we write ourselves, and that all hypnosis is whatever our subconscious and conscious minds and bodies decide to accept as reality.
"All hypnosis is self hypnosis" and the modern trend of "manifesting" seems to be very effective.

For me It became "time to shrink" and I was very aware of when an hour or more had past, at work or at home. such that I felt stronger and stronger shrinking all through me, automatically.
I went from 5'11" to 5'8" and to this day I am 5'8 and 1/2".
You see, I freaked out when my co-workers were taller than me, in fear of judgement, feeling my clothes become a bit looser on me, so I panicked - and somehow my mind rejected it.
So I stopped shrinking and have been feeling it again, though not any shorter after almost a week.

I hope you enjoy your trip down in size until you the top shelf at the store seems to rise up out of your reach, even if your stretch and get up on your tip toes!

Smaller2, what did you co-workers think of your shrinking? Obviously I'm sure they were bound to notice a 2 1/2" difference in your height - especially if you was previously taller than them

small1ish my co workers didn't say anything after I shrunk as it was mostly gradual, until I measured 2 inches down in a single day. Oddly enough that's made up for in just changing what kind of shoes or sneakers of one brand to another sometimes.

I have not had the success I am hoping for listening to the audio files. I understand some people are resistant to some techniques but work well with others. I think I will respond better in a setting where I am with someone in their office.

I am wondering if anyone can point me to a directory of hypnotists that would be willing to work with me, live and in person to reduce my height? It seems like I saw a directory somewhere, possibly this site, but can not find it back. I contacted one hypnotist a few years ago and he wouldn't do it and advised me against it. Recently I talked with another one and she had had ethical concerns. I would like someone who is as eager to make me shrink as I am wanting to shrink.
