Hi, I'm new to self hypnosis

Hello folks,
I am so new to self hypnosis as I only tried it for the first time two days ago.
I was having trouble sleeping, and found a hands free orgasm video on youtube by (I think Fiona clearweather ?) I can't begin to tell you how mindblowing it was. I didn't have an orgasm directly although I was SO close, but the sensations I felt were WAY beyond anything I've felt before.
my question is that , when I listen to other similar videos,I start to get too tense with excitement, to really enjoy the experience to it's fullest.. Can anyone give me advice on what path to take to achieve total fulfilment from this experience?
Please tell me also if I've posted in the wrong section ..LOL
