Super Female Whammy is definitely effective in getting you to think you have a female body. I don't know how good it is for physical feminization; it can probably cause hormonal changes, but whatever.
Now, if it's mental feminization you're after, you're in luck - there are huge amounts of high quality files available for that purpose. Liann and allison_in_love seem to be fairly good for that.
