Hello is there a way to shrink a penis permanently without growing breasts if using hormones? I don't use hormones and wondering if anyone knows how I can shrink my penis ?

Physically speaking you can choose a Chastity cage as well. The longer you are in it the smaller it becomes and the smaller you make your cage.
