Secondly- there are many ways to deepen trance and therefore, deepen the embedding of the hypnosis. A google search will give you various methods of deepening trance.

Tomorrow I find out the results of my hormone tests if my estrogen is high I will be asking to go on female hormones. If it is not I have to find out what is going on.
