Bowel incontinence

Has anyone had anything to do with bowel incontinence work? Cos I really can't imagine not being able to hold it back.
Of course I haven't taken strong laxatives before :)
So, if this has worked, can you tell us what it was like?

I think it would be hot to have a gorgeous female bodybuilder hypnotised to lose control of her bladder and bowels. Imagine the humiliation (if you're into that kind of thing!)
