So I've listened to this a couple of times but now a days I've just been sleeping over the hypnosis. Is this how hypnosis works or am I ignoring the hypnosis and sleeping?

If you are not waking at the end of a file, you likely snoozed through it.
you don't want to listen to a file when you are tired. Try different times of the day if you can.
