Yes folks, this time our picture comes from San Diego... the bay area to be exact. There is a building here that's not quite the shape it ought to be... and just to make it even better it's owned by the US Government. Can you spot the one I'm talking about by any chance?

What's the deal with the building? Did the USGov build it...or did it seize the building from one of Chancellor Schröder's many ex-wives? :wink:

What purpose does it serve?

If I knew I'd tell you... truth be told the fact that's a US Gov building is one I can't prove, it's just what I read on the place where I found the link. Anybody wanna do the research be my guest, I'm too busy moving :P
