Ever since i've been using the foradultbabies.com hypnosis program, i've been hearing the suggestions like little background voices as I go about my day, and quite frankly its making me insane. It's because they repeat inaudible subliminal messages throughout the program.

Is there any sort of subliminal frequency nullifier thing out there? Because i'd rather have ringing in my ears than far-off whispers of someone telling me I wet and mess like a toddler.

I'm going to stop using it too, to see if that helps.
It's just that with the suggestions repeating irl, it draws me back in, hmm.

If all else fails then stop listening to that file - forever! The results will wear off, and you will stop thinking about it. It just takes a bit of time. OR consult a hypnotist for a more speedy approach.
