How long should it take for a sublininal file to take affect?

And if I play difforent files back to back will that change the time, or desired affect?

`speaking of subliminals, i am currently listening to the subliminal version of superhuman mind, and was wandering if it is normal to suddenly have an "empty" feeling as soon as the file is stopped? second night listening, i also wander if it would be considered normal if ya close ya eyes with it playing, leave ya fingers about 2 inches above the keyboard, and after a minute or so, ya feel the keys yet you are not touching them? i also had a sensation like my fingers were starting to get longer. last night though, had in my ear buds, tonight i just have the file goin through my media player and computer speakers.
