nightmares

when i was younger 4 till the age of 15 i had a recurring nightmare which was a big house floating above black water like oil or silk all around the house there was chains hanging from the sky id like to explore the nightmare find out what its about can you do that with hypnosis.

However the nightmare itself may trigger a lucid dream if you were to have it from listening to curse lucid dreams 2, or if you were to have it randomly. So you would realise it was a dream and be able to explore it.

thanks for your response`s i dont have the night mare anymore and havent for a long time im 28 now nothing about the dream is remotely scary now but i do remember it very well, so well i could paint it and i intend to. has anyone explored a nightmare before? what was the result.
