Yeah... you have to wear the plug for an hour straight to reset the effects... and I choose 30 hours so you have to wear it daily but have a bit of a chance to vary the time so it's more realistic to use it... if it were 24 hours and you would usually wear it say at 5 after work... you would have problems if you're doing something else after work... this way you have some wiggling room... yet it's not long enough to really skip a day without setting your alarm und wearing it at night... :P

Would you tell me how it goes from there?

I have run the file by my mother. :D 8O
This is an appropriate punishment for her.
