Awesome! Ive been listening for about two months. It did get bigger but it seems to have stopped growing this whole month. It seemed to just expand, grow some veins instead of growing longer which is what I wanted. lol.

Do you know what "bone-pressed" means? It's the "industry" (not sure which one) standard of measuring length. The ruler should be touching your pelvic bone at the upper-side of your penis, while erect. Then, if you want to, measure your length by just barely touching the skin, so you have total length and exposed length, which could differ by as little as 1/4", or as much as several inches, depending on BMI.

Defiantly agree with nate about the whole self hypnosis thing. Going into better trance is worth it by itself. The best time spent on trance is probably an hour at a time. If you cant do that, then talking to hypnotists is best as they can easily find ways to help.
