Honestly it is very difficult to sleep with the erbuds in ehich is q requirement for easyidiot. It kinda feels like something is stabbing in to one side of my head after a while. I am gona keep trying thougb but i dunno of i can get more results tonight.

@Nizzi: Well... maybe it could work without orgasm (so it would be less effective) but without masturbating (or other stimulation - as you are in chastity) - nope... it's based on using the pleasure you create to drive the process... associating being dumb with pleasure... Headaches and foggy feeling. I agree with you I had to stop as it was interfering too much with my life. I still feel some of the effects but not so much as time goes by. I used Tangy's Super Smart to help clear cobwebs.
