Become a Jock Slave

Hi Im male 19 5'10 and 230 lbs Ive lost about 40 lbs but I want to lose so much more, Ive been thinking about becoming a jock slave and and I was wondering if anyone who is or is becoming a muscle bound jock OR a muscle SLAVE can tell me about their experience and possibly help me find a coach or master

I do believ I may have found a master but I STILL want to hear about peoples experiences and what it was like for people

Good for you, Perky, on both accounts! Maybe you should focus on building muscle, the weight could take care of itself. Work on becoming STRONG.

Thanks ft that is a huge thing that I am working with but I do still want to hear about other peoples jock slave transformations

I`ve only just start listening to Train Total Jock 1-3; already had a few successes with the sports aspect and being drawn to work out. I hoping the intelligence aspect simply doesn`t go through as I'm in University for Chemistry.

Here's to becoming what I hate and tempering it to what I believe!
