Post Hypnotic Suggestions

Hey guys! I'm having some difficultly with getting triggers to work while someone is sleeping. Like I want the state of sleep to be the trigger. The only file I really found that sort of does it is EMG "peeing dream" file. That sets up the subject to start having dreams that make them pee. I've read one user that has had success with this. I was just hoping for some info on the subject if you have had any luck with this sort of thing.

More specifically a subject wants to have wet dreams at night. The only thing that I can think of is looking at porn for an hour right before bed. Somehow while he's asleep he needs to become so aroused and excited... I just usually work with action/reaction hypnosis and it's hard for me to come up with a action that happens while sleeping.

The best example of this was an izzabella valentine mp3 I heard ages ago that was basically on a loop.

It would remind you if you were deep down in sleep then to keep dreaming and then would take you down to a deep sleep but all the time her voice was in the background coo-ing about sex with just random words and noises.
About half way through the mp3 she started to describe an erotic act but not in any detail (and it relies heavily on you having had some decent sex) then at the end instead of waking you it just loops again.
