The transformation into a big breasted milking cow anthro is just as important in this file as the end result of being one.
So if I were to design the file I'd probably try to emphasize how good it feels to be filling up with milk, how heavy and full the subject's breasts are, etc.
I don't know, I might just make a script for this, although probably not exactly like the description above says. I think the trick to this file is how the transformation will be worded if anything else.
