to more directly answer your question, if its fantasy anything can happen, so yes, it is posible.

It could be that you want the fantasy to be real, so your sub-conscious is adding the cries for help. Another possibility is low sound quality on the recording and your mind is interpreting static and other noise as words. (This happens a lot with electronic voice phenomena [or whatever the term is-- when voices show up in the background when a recorder is left on in an empty room]-- the brain expects what it hears to make sense, so it reworks the noise to make sense.)
