Every time i go into trance, i pee and shit myself. i either have to wear diapers or throw away a pair of boxers and pants whenever i try to use a file. anyone know how to help me stop this?

If what you describe isn't a desired outcome of trance I know of one sure fire way to prevent it - don't go into trance.

Alternatively look for (or comission to have created) a file that discourages this behaviour.

no that is not an effect of trance that i desire. although i am an adult baby, i rarely use hypnosis files related to it (in fact only babytime once) i spend most of my time working with masculinization and bondage files. many of them work great, except those after listening effect files. it's kinda weird walking around being masculine, while smelling like a little baby the whole time
