Trouble With suggestions

I am having a bit of trouble with some of the hypnosis files. I can feel myself drifting off and i usually lose some time from when i conk out to when i wake up. But none of the triggers or suggestions are staying with me. Is there a way to have them stick? someone please help!!

Have you tried "TrainSusceptable" yet?

By "conk out," I assume you mean fall asleep, but anyways, that has happened to me before, too. Usually it only happens when I listen to a file right before bed, and that is when I'm tired. You shouldn't do it when your tired, because it's very relaxing, and it'll put you to sleep.

How does one convince himself that the files work? Blind faith never comes easily to me.

I'm 22, but I have the cynicism of a cranky old man. The great irony is that one of things I look for in a file is the promotion of a simplier mind.

Thanks danmalara.

I'll try listening again, with an emphasis on trusting my mind to achive whatever I want.

Just out of curiosity, what does your file playlist consist of?

Looking at your replies to other sections of the site, I know a lot of the files baffel you. I'm baffeled by most of them too, save for the Jock ones but I'm sure that's as weird an idea to you as the rest of them. Actualy, I'm aware at how odd the idea is myself, but I can't seem not to like it.

Well, personally, I've noticed that while hypnosis itself works really well, and I trance out easily and become highly suggestable, it stops when I'm out of that state. Like no post suggestions hold.

dont listen to them before bed, even though it seems to be the most convenient time. If you drink a small amount of caffiene before listening it might help, it helps for lucid dreams, because it stimulates the brain. Vitain b6 is also said to do the same thing.

man guru thats a cool word. Makes me think of a bald guy on a mountain who tells you the secret to life is found within.

is there a curse for that?
