How can i Deepen my Trance?

After practicing for long time. I think i can reach a light trance. I get to point where i don't feel my legs or arms and i do not want to move at all. I learned to do this on my own without any induction simply by talking to myself in my head. Then i assume i go a little deeper, because sometimes i start to visualize random images in my head (btw im wide awake during this). Now i listen to a couple of files and i get to the same state as mention above but i can never get the desire effect from the file. So am i actually reaching a trance? Is there anything I should do to help myself? Is there any files that might help to get me in a deeper trance? I think i can get into a very light trance easily. What can I do to deepen it?

Also during most files my mind wonders alot and random moment i remember im listening to file and i try focus again on it. Is this suppose to happen?
