The first thing is to overcome your doubt I think. If you don't believe in hypnosis, your subconciousness will resist the hypnosis as hard as it could, I suppose.

how about something harmles without an effect after the file? the baby-files where you have to be a baby for 20 minutes war my first and it worked to some degree

After playing around with that trigger there I sent him a link to the trainbot-file from hypnojoc...
