The effects happen immediately after the file has finished and only last for 15 minutes, so you won't be mewing for very long ;) I sometimes listen to files after i've downloaded just to get a better idea of what they're about before i try. Even if it's not quite your cup of tea (or saucer of milk) ...

I haven't used any of the standalone inductions, just what's used in the files so I'd guess my recommendation would be whatever one is most similar to the one used in Victorian Girl and Cardigan's other files here.
