I've found from personal experience,that using one of the free spiral screen gif files helps with going into trance.
It seems to speed the process,and allows your mind to focus on the words
instead of other thoughts that may be bouncing around.

everyone is unique,I have had a subject,that took longer than I expected
to shake off a deep trance..it's normal for you perhaps.
a nice problem to have really,most can't get deep enough without a lot of work.

I'd suggest doing some trancework with her and installing a rapid induction trigger.
Have her make a list of what she would and wouldn't do under hypnosis.
Then work from that.
