I like using text-to-speech to make customizeable hypnofiles. Currently, I am using TextAloud which works well but it does not allow me to insert pauses where I would like to. Does anyone know of any good text to speech converters that I should try? Virtual Hypnotist was tailored for this purpose.

It works pretty well for me, but as can be expected, no, no feminization file. The program just flips switches in your mind, like relaxation, to achieve the effects. There is no switch for feminization.
