If these are the first files you are listening to you are trying to run before you can walk. First get to trance using a normal induction. Once you trance properly, you can work towards transformation files. It's like painting... first you learn the basics and then you can try to paint the Sixteenth...

The only one I would add is try trancing when you feel awake and fit. Listening when tired my just have you fall asleep rather than trance, especially with the relaxing inductions.
