Like TMD11 said, you can always edit out the curse bits in audacity and suggestions tend to fade away if you don't constantly relisten to the file several times but I'm not sure if there's any suggestions for them to not fade away added in curses so best to be safe and just edit the curse bits out.

I think binurals are a placebo but they're not doing any harm and they help me relax although there are a few which just give me a headache.
