I've been listening to "Banish Pain" for about a week now, and now whenever I close my eyes and repeat the phrase "Banish Pain" several times, I still feel the pain, but it's like I don't care any more, and I don't seem to mind the pain. Is this a success? Or is my mind trying to make me think so?

I was just wondering.

It looks to me lihe wants to learn how to be hipntozed himself, and I will teach him.

There are 4 steps you must follow:

1.Make sure you are alone

2.Shut off the TV, radio, or any distractions

3.Get into a very comfortable position

4.Hit the play button

Thats all there is to it!

Sorry if it seems like I am thread hijacking, but I also have a question about TTC. Is it dangerous? Like, is it possible to forget to breathe? Or does the file keep you doing things automaticly like you would before listing to the file? Does the file have limits so I don't acidently kill myself?

After reading through the script, I can say it is safe, but needs you to be careful.

Unlike what many people think, you don't seem to always have control, and you must focus on what you want to change.
