It is possible that a file could do that, but it more matters just how susceptible and receptive to hypnosis you are, than how good the file is.

A freeze trigger is relatively easy to set up, and quite obvious when it works. Just remember to include suggestions about how trying to move just makes her body more rigid, and the more the tries, the more impossible it becomes to move.

Go to a file they've posted, and look for a star right by their name - click it, it'll turn red, and you'll now be a "fan" of theirs.

Also, it seems like the only way to get good at a file is to listen over and over to an extent, what would be the point of critical thinking if your susposed to listen over and over and it still didnt work out.
