I'm interested in hearing what works best for people when they prepare themselves for trance.

I'm very interested in going towards incontinence, starting with bedwetting first. Unfortunately I seem to be one of those in the "hard to hypnotise" group, and seem to have trouble with the suggestions. Any ideas?

I've fallen asleep once or twice, but my problem is that as I start to go under I seem to get hyper-sensitive, and notice every little itch on my body, which proves to be very distracting... :(

I listened to the first file i the series a little while back, and am starting again, but am having problems going into trance. I also agree that Sarnoga's voice is the most relaxing and comforting to listen to. I very much want to eventually work up to level 3 in the series.

Wouldn't want to hold it in anywhere near that long, myself!

I, too, have an interest in this. For example, I do not like the idea of being feminized or incontinence, but I find it incredibly hot to be forced into it. Ditto that. I like diapers, but the idea of being forced truly into incontinence, feminized, or both is very scary, yet amazingly hot concept.

For me it's the humiliation and excitement of having control taken from me, more than responsibility. Having an interest turned into a trap or a cage, and being forced to have it as a lifestyle.

I'd like to throw my hat into the ring, too. Had no real luck so far with hypnosis, so I'm not sure what you can do, but I'd be curious to give it a try. I'm available at bruoy@hotmail.com
