I'd say it's probably a sign of a submissive tendency, and is probably more your conscious reaction to the file than a subconscious reaction. I will say that I have found several subliminals back-to-back to be easier / more effective than several hypnotic files back-to-back. Of course that probably just means I'm more susceptible to subliminals. :lol:

I definitely agree with Jacara. I basically had to tell myself that it was 'okay' to be dominant. And still I have my passive periods. But if I'm around someone who is passive, I have no problem now being 'not passive.'

To whomever made the subliminal of Always a Jock, thank you, thank you, thank you! I put that together with one of iamatestsubjectofme's remixes, and while I'm not quite ready to post it as a "success story" yet, it seems to be a good combination at the very least so far.

My experience has been just the opposite....that is what usually takes me OUT of trance once I'm in it. So much so that if a 'tist tries to put me under I have to specifically request that it not be included.

Just as an update: I'm not sure what's working, but *something* definitely is. I have been at the gym at least every other day for the last month (this is very unlike me) and I am noticing other subtle 'adjustments' as well. I'm sure this is in part because of how badly I want this, but up until now...

the poster above me has the right idea. if it has happened, then it happened for a reason. i have learned that change as a whole has to be accepted and embraced. sometimes some support is needed to do that.

I've found it depends on how contradictory the other file is to the one that has already been successful.

My opinion is that if you're looking for something "vanilla" or general improvement related, pick Option 1. Otherwise go for 3. Option 2 is a combo of 1 and 3 really, but I feel you should go one way or the other.
