Does anyone have a curse file to make the listener an incurable smoker? And if not, would anyone like to make one? - something that will make quitting impossible?

Does anyone have a curse file that makes the listener really, seriously need to smoke and unable to quit no matter what they do and how hard they try? Or would anyone like to make one for me?
