None of them. I more or less stumbled across self-hypnosis as a young teen (or even tween-- I'm not certain exactly when). My parents had a book called "the Well Body Book" and I experimented with relaxation techniques as a way to deal with stress and stress related problems. That was decades ago.

I've never had a shared dream, as far as I know. I've had one or two which might have been precognitive (or maybe more). With those it would depend upon how close the dream would have to have been to what did happen-- and whether or not it was my mind making an intuitive leap, or if I read something...
