generally start off with teh easiest goal to obtain, you will build a foundation of rapport with your subconscious mind, that it trusts in you in trusting it to change and to take the right steps for change.

if its language that you want to improve on there are a great deal of torrents out there for conversational hypnosis, but you still have to put in the practice there is also seduction techniques that are of great value in this area, how to use her trance states, her trance words ect...

scepticism is great, especially in hypnosis. but would reccomend for you to look for an indirect induction or a confusion induction.

or my other suggestion is too look up an elman induction, learn the mechanics of the induction, and walk yourself through the steps.
