    Session 2: The Body Circuit

    Session 1 gave you permission. Now Session 2 teaches your body what to do with it.

    This session maps the entire bladder-brain pathway, guiding you through each link in the chain — from the muscles of your pelvic floor to the internal sphincter, from the nerve signals travelling upward to the conscious mind that no longer needs to receive them. Using progressive muscle relaxation anchored directly to bladder release, every part of your body learns its role: your feet ground you in safety, your thighs let the signal pathway go quiet, your hips and abdomen release their grip, and deep inside, the internal sphincter softens like a flower opening to the warmth.

    The session introduces the parasympathetic shift — your daytime "hold on" system powering down as your nighttime "let go" system comes fully online. The night shift has only three jobs now: rest, digest, release.

    There's also the somatic bridge: pressure becomes peace, fullness becomes rest, and the act of releasing carries you deeper into sleep rather than pulling you out of it. Your body already knows how to do this. It's simply remembering.
