    Session 1: Foundation & Safety

    This is where it begins. The first session of a six-part programme designed to guide you gently and permanently into bedwetting.

    Session 1 is about one thing above all else: permission. Your body already knows how to release in sleep — every infant does it naturally. What stands between you and wet mornings isn't a broken mechanism, it's a guardian that learned to wake you. This session thanks that guardian for its years of service and gives it permission to stand down.

    You'll be guided through a full progressive relaxation induction, deep trance deepening, and then into the core work: the Safety Permission, where your subconscious learns that you are in your bed, you are wearing protection, and nothing bad happens when you let go. You simply sleep on.

    The session also plants the first seed of the desire spiral — that quiet pull toward more depth, more release, more wet mornings — and begins the identity shift toward simply being a bedwetter, without shame, without failure, without resistance.

    Approximately 40 minutes. Best listened to at bedtime, wearing protection, in a comfortable position where you won't be disturbed. Headphones recommended for the binaural layer.

    This is Session 1 of 6 in the full programme. Each session builds on the last, compounding and deepening the work.
