•Name:Compliance TrainingAdditional Types:Script, Video Description: A hypnotic induction, beginning with a brief fantasy about being hypnotized by a spinning spiral program you found on the internet. This file is about increasing your receptiveness to hypnotic commands. It suggests generally seeking out any opportunities to become more receptive to hypnotic suggestion. It also suggests a particular orientation to some of the language used in the other files in this series; so it may change your experience of them if you re-watch them. Another great trance induction. I would comment more specifically if I remembered more. But I ended up feeling great and sometimes that\'s enough!

Update - I seem to be drawn to this file for repeated listening. I think I\'ve listened about 6 times already. Have been following it with mindlessly deep and have noticed a slight change in experience with both files with repeated listening. The constant - always awake feeling great! Also notice I have been wanting to listen to other files I have used in the past that encourage responding to suggestions (but I have been holding out on listening to others at the moment). Quite interesting.

I can\'t remember this at all and I\'ve listened several times. I know it\'s because there\'s suggestions to forget the file - but otherwise, I don\'t remember anything beyond queuing it up to play and something I have to do after waking up from it. Usually I can dig up the memory after suggestions to forget, so it\'s awfully interesting that all I remember is forgetting and feeling good about forgetting. Very neat!
